Stephanie Peirce and her team at Mangrove Studios worked from the foundation up to see to it that the vision for our Bayhouse in Key Allegro, Rockport TX, came to life without design mistakes and added drama. I couldn’t be happier! I always have a difficult time narrowing down choices because I like EVERYTHING and every esthetic. Stephanie and I talked quite a bit with her listening intently to my vision. In the beginning we poured over inspiration photos and pieced together my esthetic even before I could see it. As soon as we came close to nailing down a “look” she ran with it and even pushed me out of my comfort zone giving me choices without overwhelming me. I didn’t give her a budget per se but more of a price range. She was able to stay in that range and still achieve the overall look I was wanting. Stephanie is extremely organized, sending me detailed spread sheets on orders, costs, down payments, delivery dates and back orders. She made mood boards for each space and kept them up to date as we made choices, changed items and found new ones. Her relationships with contractors and sales associates were equally important to me as her ability to work with us. I received nothing but great feedback from them. In fact, my general contractor is building another home and has already asked her to assist with the design. It’s a huge relief knowing my designer lives in the area. She was always near by keeping an eye on the construction and design of the home. She has seen this house become my home to the very end of every last detail even while being pregnant twice during the process!

Stephanie is a pleasure both professionally as well as personally and I now consider her a friend. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her help me redesign my other home in Houston if I can get her to travel that far!
